Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026-focused foresight frameworks using horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-state solutions for emerging markets
- Author high-impact strategic briefs for executive leadership on disruptive technologies and societal shifts
- Establish global partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and think tanks
- Design and deliver immersive foresight workshops for 500+ stakeholders
- Quantify future market opportunities through predictive modeling and scenario stress-testing
- Champion ethical innovation principles in AI, biotech, and quantum computing domains
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused R&D
- Proven expertise in horizon scanning and scenario planning methodologies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- Published research on 2020s technology convergence or societal transformation
- Deep knowledge of AI, quantum computing, climate tech, and neurotech landscapes
- Exceptional storytelling skills for communicating complex future scenarios
- Experience leading multi-stakeholder innovation initiatives with measurable outcomes
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., from APF or Foresight Practitioners)
