Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural strategy for Project 2026, designing scalable neural network infrastructures capable of handling petabyte-scale data.
- Oversee the migration to cloud-native environments (AWS/GCP) ensuring zero downtime and high availability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of data scientists and engineers to optimize model performance and reduce latency.
- Establish best practices for MLOps, including automated testing, CI/CD pipelines, and model deployment frameworks.
- Define the long-term roadmap for AI capabilities, ensuring alignment with business goals and ethical AI standards.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years specializing in AI/ML systems.
- Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and modern MLOps tools (Docker, Kubernetes, MLflow).
- Proven experience designing high-throughput, low-latency distributed systems using microservices.
- Strong understanding of Generative AI architectures, LLM fine-tuning, and reinforcement learning.
