Responsibilities
- Develop predictive models and scenario-planning frameworks for 2026 market landscapes
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive technologies and societal shifts
- Produce strategic whitepapers and executive briefings on future-proofing organizations
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype solutions for emerging workforce challenges
- Analyze geopolitical, economic, and environmental factors influencing 2026 business models
- Design immersive foresight experiences for executive leadership teams
- Maintain a real-time 'Future Radar' monitoring system for early trend detection
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic planning, consulting, or innovation leadership
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Proven track record developing 5+ year strategic roadmaps for enterprise clients
- Deep understanding of AI, quantum computing, and biotechnology convergence
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from AC/FS or similar)
- Exceptional storytelling and visualization skills for complex future scenarios
- Portfolio demonstrating published foresight work or thought leadership
