Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Vision: Create a comprehensive strategic roadmap for Nexus Horizon Labs, focusing on AI integration, automation, and emerging technologies.
- Technology Forecasting: Monitor global tech trends and identify disruptive technologies that will impact the industry by 2026.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with engineering, product, and executive teams to translate technical vision into actionable business goals.
- Innovation Management: Lead the R&D initiatives and pilot programs aimed at achieving breakthrough results in the 2026 timeframe.
- Stakeholder Communication: Present complex technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders and board members with clarity and persuasion.
- Talent Development: Build and mentor a high-performance team of futurists and technologists.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years in a senior leadership role within Technology, AI, or Strategy (preferably in a major tech hub).
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree or PhD is a plus.
- Strategic Thinking: Proven track record of defining long-term technology strategies and driving organizational change.
- Technical Acumen: Deep understanding of AI, Machine Learning, Blockchain, or Web3 technologies.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex ideas to diverse audiences.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve complex, ambiguous problems in a fast-paced environment.
