Responsibilities
- Design fault-tolerant quantum computing architectures for enterprise-scale applications
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical algorithms solving previously intractable problems
- Lead integration of quantum processors with classical computing infrastructure
- Drive R&D initiatives in quantum error correction and coherence optimization
- Collaborate with Fortune 500 partners to implement quantum solutions in finance, logistics, and pharmaceuticals
- Mentor quantum engineering teams while maintaining technical excellence
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Proven expertise in quantum algorithms (Shor's, Grover's, VQE) and quantum programming languages
- Deep understanding of quantum hardware (superconducting, ion trap, photonic) architectures
- Strong background in distributed systems and high-performance computing
- Published research in peer-reviewed quantum computing journals or conferences
- Experience with quantum simulation frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#)
