Responsibilities
- Analyze and report on emerging technologies, trends, and innovations relevant to our industry and market landscape
- Develop and maintain a 5-year technology roadmap aligned with company strategic goals and market evolution
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to integrate futuristic technologies into current and future product pipelines
- Present findings and strategic recommendations to executive leadership, influencing key business decisions
- Build and nurture relationships with key thought leaders, startups, and research institutions in the global tech ecosystem
- Monitor and assess competitive technological landscapes, identifying opportunities for differentiation and innovation
- Lead innovation workshops and strategic foresight sessions to cultivate a future-oriented culture
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; Master's or PhD preferred
- 10+ years of experience in technology strategy, innovation, or related fields, with 5+ years in leadership roles
- Proven track record of identifying and leveraging emerging technologies to drive business growth and market disruption
- Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking skills with ability to synthesize complex information into actionable insights
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and forecasting methodologies for technology adoption
- Deep knowledge of current and emerging technologies including AI, blockchain, quantum computing, and biotechnology
- Strong communication and presentation skills with ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences
