Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 technology strategy roadmap with focus on quantum computing integration
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping immersive AR/VR experiences for enterprise clients
- Research and implement blockchain solutions for decentralized identity systems
- Drive adoption of sustainable tech practices across product development lifecycle
- Collaborate with C-suite on emerging tech investments and partnerships
- Mentor junior engineers in next-gen development methodologies
- Present quarterly tech innovation briefings to executive stakeholders
Qualifications
- 10+ years progressive experience in technology leadership with 5+ in emerging tech
- Expertise in AI/ML frameworks, quantum computing basics, and Web3 architecture
- Proven track record of scaling tech teams in high-growth environments
- Certification in Futurist Studies or Technology Foresight (preferred)
- Published research in IEEE or ACM journals on emerging tech topics
- Experience with agile methodologies in complex tech ecosystems
- Strong background in sustainable technology development practices
- Exceptional strategic communication skills for technical/non-technical audiences
