- Develop comprehensive 2026+ strategic roadmaps for clients in AI, biotech, and climate tech
- Lead scenario-planning workshops to identify disruptive opportunities and risks
- Produce high-impact future-state reports and trend briefings for C-suite executives
- Manage a global team of futurists, data scientists, and industry specialists
- Establish thought leadership through keynote speaking and white paper publications
- Drive innovation sprints to prototype solutions for 2026 market readiness
- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategy consulting, innovation, or futurist roles
- Proven expertise in emerging technologies (quantum computing, AGI, synthetic biology)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Published thought leadership on 2020-2030 technology trends
- Experience advising Fortune 500 executives on transformational strategy
- Strong proficiency in foresight methodologies (horizon scanning, Delphi, SWOT)
