Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 global innovation strategy across AI, biotech, and climate tech domains
- Lead scenario planning workshops for Fortune 500 partners on post-2025 market disruptions
- Produce annual 'Horizon Scan' reports identifying emerging technologies with 3-5 year commercialization potential
- Manage a $2M innovation portfolio with ROI-focused KPIs
- Represent the company at Davos, CES, and future-focused global forums
- Mentor a team of futurists and design researchers
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, R&D, or corporate innovation with Fortune 100 exposure
- Proven track record translating foresight into revenue-generating initiatives
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or decentralized systems
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry white papers
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or equivalent field
- Fluency in Spanish or Mandarin for emerging markets engagement
