- Produce annual 'Horizon Report' synthesizing signals from 50+ emerging technologies
- Advise product teams on future-proofing features and market positioning
- Represent the company at Davos-type forums on future strategy topics
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic planning with Fortune 500 or high-growth startups
- Portfolio demonstrating published trend analysis or scenario planning work
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Proven ability to translate complex futures into actionable business strategies
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., AC/FS preferred)
- Experience advising C-suite on 5-10 year strategic horizons
