Responsibilities
- Develop and publish quarterly 2026 Horizon Reports analyzing technological, economic, and social megatrends
- Lead scenario-planning workshops for C-suite on post-2026 market disruption vectors
- Partner with R&D to prototype next-gen solutions targeting 2026+ market gaps
- Establish strategic alliances with academic institutions and futurist think tanks
- Design AI-powered trend-forecasting models using proprietary datasets
- Mentor junior strategists in futures methodology and critical analysis
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years experience in corporate strategy consulting or futurist research
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (quantum, biotech, AGI)
- Published thought leadership on 2025-2030 societal transformations
- Proficiency in trend-forecasting tools (e.g., Horizon Scanning, Delphi Method)
- Track record of translating foresight into actionable business strategy
- Exceptional communication skills for executive-level storytelling
