- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into product roadmaps
- Author thought leadership pieces published in industry journals and conferences
- Advise executive leadership on long-term risk mitigation and innovation investments
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and industry disruptors
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategy consulting or corporate innovation with proven futurist methodology application
- Expertise in horizon scanning, trend analysis, and scenario development frameworks
- Published thought leadership on emerging technologies or societal transformation
- Experience advising C-suite executives on long-term strategic pivots
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and AI trend analysis platforms
- Exceptional presentation skills with experience at global forums like Davos or TED
