Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026 strategic frameworks by analyzing emerging tech trends, geopolitical shifts, and socio-economic indicators
- Lead cross-functional workshops with engineers, designers, and economists to prototype future-state scenarios
- Produce high-impact whitepapers and predictive models for Fortune 500 clients and government partners
- Establish KPIs and success metrics for 2026 initiatives using advanced data analytics and simulation tools
- Represent the company at global futurism conferences and thought leadership forums
- Mentor a team of futurist analysts and junior strategists
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years experience in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech R&D leadership
- Portfolio demonstrating published future-casting methodologies and scenario-planning frameworks
- Expertise in AI, quantum computing, climate tech, or biotech convergence
- Proficiency in strategic modeling tools (e.g., STEEP analysis, Delphi method simulations)
- Exceptional storytelling skills to translate complex futures into compelling narratives
- Experience advising C-suite executives on exponential technology adoption
