Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends, technological disruptions, and socio-economic indicators to forecast 2026+ market landscapes
- Develop scenario-based strategic roadmaps for product innovation and market expansion
- Lead cross-functional workshops to synthesize future insights into actionable business strategies
- Establish KPI frameworks for measuring strategic foresight impact and innovation ROI
- Present visionary briefings to executive leadership and board stakeholders
- Build and maintain a proprietary foresight intelligence ecosystem using AI-driven analytics
- Represent the company at global futurism forums and industry thought leadership events
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Management, or related field
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFS, CFMP) strongly preferred
- Exceptional communication skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Portfolio demonstrating successful future-strategy implementation
- Fluency in at least one additional language (Spanish, Mandarin, or Arabic)
