Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field
- 8+ years experience in strategic foresight or tech innovation
- Proven track record in forecasting emerging technologies
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI ethics, quantum computing, or synthetic biology
- Exceptional storytelling skills for complex future scenarios
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation
