- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight insights into actionable innovation portfolios
- Author forward-looking thought leadership for executive audiences and industry publications
- Design predictive models for market disruption and competitive landscape evolution
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype future-state solutions using emerging tech stacks
- Present strategic recommendations to boards and C-suite executives with data-driven narratives
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Forecasting, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years experience in corporate strategy, innovation consulting, or futurist roles
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-proof business strategies
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario planning capabilities
- Strong public speaking and executive communication skills
- Portfolio demonstrating published futurist work or strategic frameworks
