Responsibilities
- Develop predictive models and scenario-planning frameworks for 2026+ technological and societal shifts
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive forces and innovation opportunities
- Produce forward-looking whitepapers and strategic briefs for Fortune 500 clients
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype future-facing solutions and business models
- Monitor global tech/socio-economic indicators and synthesize actionable insights
- Present strategic vision to executive stakeholders and investor communities
- Build and mentor a team of future-focused analysts and researchers
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future studies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Proven track record of developing long-term strategic roadmaps for complex organizations
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech) and their societal impacts
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy
- Ability to synthesize diverse data streams into coherent narratives
- Experience advising C-suite on transformational change initiatives
