- Develop and execute the 2026+ AI strategy roadmap aligning with business objectives

- Drive innovation in predictive analytics and autonomous systems
- Partner with C-suite to quantify AI ROI and secure executive buy-in
- Represent the company at global AI summits and thought leadership forums
- Mentor AI talent and build next-gen capabilities in the organization
Qualifications
- 10+ years in AI/ML with 5+ years in strategic leadership roles
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, AI, or related field
- Proven track record architecting enterprise-wide AI transformations
- Expertise in NLP, computer vision, and predictive modeling
- Deep understanding of AI ethics, regulations, and responsible AI practices
- Experience scaling AI teams from 10 to 100+ members
- Published research in top-tier AI/ML conferences or journals
