Responsibilities
- Define and execute the 2026 Technology Roadmap aligned with long-term business goals.
- Architect scalable, resilient, and future-proof software systems capable of handling next-gen workloads.
- Lead the integration of Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning, and Quantum Computing paradigms.
- Collaborate with R&D to evaluate and implement emerging technologies like Web3 and Spatial Computing.
- Establish technical standards and best practices for the engineering teams of tomorrow.
- Mentor senior engineers and provide strategic direction on emerging tech trends.
- Translate abstract future concepts into concrete technical solutions and architectural blueprints.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in systems architecture, software engineering, or technical leadership.
- Deep expertise in Cloud Infrastructure, Microservices, and Edge Computing.
- Strong understanding of Neural Networks, Generative AI, and their industrial applications.
- Experience with futuristic technologies such as Blockchain or Neural Interfaces.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (PhD preferred).
- Proven track record of leading technical transformations in high-growth environments.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate complex future concepts to stakeholders.
