Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Roadmap: Lead the architectural vision and technical strategy for upcoming product releases, ensuring alignment with long-term business goals.
- System Architecture: Design and oversee the implementation of scalable, secure, and high-performance system architectures using modern cloud technologies.
- Technical Leadership: Guide engineering teams through complex problem-solving, conducting code reviews, and establishing best practices.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate technical concepts into clear, actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership.
- Innovation & Research: Stay at the forefront of emerging technologies (AI, Microservices, Edge Computing) to drive innovation within the organization.
- Process Optimization: Continuously evaluate and improve development workflows to maximize efficiency and product velocity.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software architecture, product management, or a similar technical leadership role.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), microservices architecture, and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Programming: Proficiency in high-level languages such as Python, Java, or Go, with a strong understanding of database systems.
- Strategic Mindset: Demonstrated ability to think strategically and execute on long-term product visions.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence diverse teams.
