You'll work with Fortune 500 clients to identify paradigm shifts, build scenario-planning frameworks, and implement agile adaptation strategies. Responsibilities
- Develop 2026+ strategic foresight frameworks using horizon scanning, trend analysis, and predictive modeling
- Lead cross-functional teams to execute future-proofing initiatives across digital transformation and ESG domains
- Create executive-level scenario plans for quantum computing adoption, AI ethics, and climate resilience
- Design and deliver immersive foresight workshops for C-suite executives in tech and finance sectors
- Author whitepapers and thought leadership on emerging business paradigms for industry publications
- Build AI-powered trend prediction tools to quantify future market opportunities and risks
- Partner with R&D to prototype next-gen solutions in biotech, neurotech, and decentralized systems
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, futures research, or innovation leadership with Fortune 500 exposure
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend forecasting, and strategic foresight methodologies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related quantitative field
- Published author on disruptive technologies or business transformation (Harvard Business Review/MIT Press preferred)
- Fluency in AI/ML tools for predictive analytics and data-driven foresight
- Experience leading cross-border teams across APAC, EU, and Americas markets
- Certification in Foresight Methodology (e.g., WFS, APF) or equivalent
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful future-shaping initiatives for enterprise clients
