Responsibilities
- Analyze global tech, economic, and cultural trends to identify disruptive opportunities through 2026
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for enterprise resilience in volatile markets
- Collaborate with R&D teams to translate foresight into product innovation pipelines
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite using data-driven visualizations
- Lead cross-functional workshops on future-proofing organizational capabilities
- Monitor and report on emerging risks and opportunities across 15+ industries
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future studies
- Proven track record of translating trends into commercial strategies
- Expertise in scenario planning, systems thinking, and horizon scanning
- MBA or advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology, or Business
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Delphi method, STEEP analysis)
- Published thought leadership on future-of-work or tech disruption
