Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends and technological disruptions to inform 2026+ strategic roadmaps
- Develop scenario-planning models for industry transformation and market evolution
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future vision and priorities
- Produce comprehensive foresight reports and trend briefings for executive decision-making
- Identify partnership opportunities and investment targets in emerging ecosystems
- Champion innovation culture through thought leadership and internal education initiatives
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused leadership
- Proven expertise in trend analysis and scenario planning methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech, Web3)
- Exceptional data synthesis and storytelling capabilities for executive audiences
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFIP) preferred
- Published thought leadership in future studies or innovation domains
