- Partner with R&D teams to validate future-focused product roadmaps
- Present strategic foresight findings at industry conferences and board meetings
- Mentor cross-functional teams in adaptive innovation methodologies
- Monitor horizon scanning tools (AI, quantum computing, biotech) for early signals
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic planning with demonstrated 2026+ trend analysis
- Expertise in horizon scanning and scenario planning frameworks
- Published thought leadership on emerging tech or societal shifts
- Proficiency in futures research tools (e.g., Delphi method, STEEP analysis)
- Experience advising C-suite on disruptive technology adoption
- Exceptional storytelling skills for complex futures concepts
