Responsibilities
- Develop 5-10 year strategic foresight frameworks using AI-driven trend analysis and scenario modeling
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive opportunities in quantum computing, bio-convergence, and decentralized systems
- Produce whitepapers and executive briefings on emerging technologies' market implications
- Partner with product teams to embed future-readiness into roadmaps
- Build an ecosystem of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers through curated conferences and hackathons
- Advise on ethical implications of exponential technologies (AGI, neurotech, climate engineering)
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging technology research
- Published thought leadership on 4th Industrial Revolution topics
- Mastery of foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi, Horizon Scanning, causal layered analysis)
- Experience with strategic planning in Fortune 500 or hypergrowth tech startups
- Deep expertise in at least three emerging tech domains (quantum, synthetic biology, Web3)
- PhD or equivalent in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or relevant STEM field
- Exceptional storytelling skills with data visualization mastery
