Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends across technology, society, and economics to identify disruptive opportunities for 2026
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for clients navigating exponential change
- Lead cross-functional workshops to co-create future-proof business strategies
- Produce high-impact trend briefings and strategic whitepapers for C-suite executives
- Build and maintain a proprietary foresight database using AI-driven analytics
- Mentor junior futurists while establishing thought leadership through keynotes and publications
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype next-gen solutions for emerging markets
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused technology roles
- Proven track record of developing and implementing 5+ year strategic roadmaps
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and systemic risk assessment
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related quantitative field
- Proficiency with foresight tools (e.g., Horizon Scanning, Delphi Method, Causal Layered Analysis)
- Exceptional communication skills translating complex futures into actionable strategies
