Responsibilities

- Lead horizon scanning initiatives identifying emerging trends, risks, and opportunities across quantum computing, AI ethics, and biotech convergence
- Architect scenario-planning frameworks for geopolitical and technological uncertainty modeling
- Present future-state visions to executive teams and investors with data-driven storytelling
- Champion innovation culture through hackathons, R&D partnerships, and thought leadership publications
- Mentor next-generation futurists and build a dedicated foresight analytics team
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Forecasting, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategy consulting, R&D leadership, or innovation management
- Portfolio demonstrating published future-state frameworks or technology adoption models
- Expertise in scenario planning methodologies (e.g., Delphi, STEEP analysis)
- Proficiency in futures research tools (e.g., Trend Hunter, Palisade @RISK)
- Track record of influencing C-suite decisions through future-oriented insights
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal implications
