As a key architect of our innovation ecosystem, you'll collaborate with C-suite executives, R&D leaders, and cross-functional teams to translate foresight into actionable strategy. Your insights will directly influence product development, market positioning, and organizational resilience in an era of exponential change.
Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies, socio-economic shifts, and geopolitical trends to identify disruptive opportunities and threats through 2030
- Develop and maintain multi-horizon strategic roadmaps integrating AI, biotech, climate resilience, and quantum computing
- Lead scenario-planning workshops to prepare for alternative futures and build organizational adaptability
- Partner with product teams to embed future-ready principles into innovation pipelines
- Author foresight publications and deliver executive briefings on technological singularity impacts
- Establish metrics to track future-readiness maturity across business units
- Curate an external futures intelligence network with academic institutions and think tanks
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futures research
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial strategy
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional scenario modeling and trend analysis capabilities
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from AC/FS or similar)
- Experience with horizon scanning methodologies and weak signal detection
- Portfolio of published future-oriented frameworks or trend reports
