Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and societal shifts to identify disruptive opportunities through 2026
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for C-suite decision-making in volatile markets
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions and business models
- Author forward-looking thought leadership publications and present at global industry forums
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and R labs to accelerate future-readiness
- Design and implement horizon-scanning systems for continuous trend intelligence
- Mentor junior futurists and cultivate an organizational culture of anticipatory thinking
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or technology forecasting
- Proven track record of translating future scenarios into executable business strategies
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, Web3, climate tech, etc.)
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario modeling capabilities
- Published thought leadership in reputable futures or business journals
- Experience facilitating executive workshops with Fortune 500 organizations
- Portfolio demonstrating trend analysis and strategic foresight projects
