Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026 strategic roadmaps by synthesizing emerging tech trends, geopolitical shifts, and socio-economic indicators
- Lead scenario-planning workshops with C-suite executives to identify disruptive opportunities and systemic risks
- Partner with R&D teams to translate foresight insights into product innovation pipelines
- Author thought leadership publications and keynote presentations on future-focused topics
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and industry disruptors
- Quantify market readiness and adoption timelines for breakthrough technologies
- Advise on ethical frameworks for emerging technologies (AI, biotech, quantum)
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused leadership roles
- Proven track record of developing and executing multi-year strategic roadmaps
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging domains: quantum computing, AGI, synthetic biology, or climate tech
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with proficiency in trend analysis and scenario modeling
- Experience leading cross-functional teams across tech, product, and policy domains
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or relevant technical field
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry publications
- Fluency in strategic foresight methodologies (Horizon Scanning, Delphi, etc.)
