You'll collaborate with C-suite executives to align innovation initiatives with long-term business objectives while maintaining agile execution capabilities.
Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify disruptive technologies and market shifts impacting 2026 landscapes
- Develop and maintain the 2026 Innovation Roadmap with clear KPIs, milestones, and resource allocation strategies
- Lead cross-functional workshops to ideate and validate future product/service concepts using design thinking methodologies
- Establish strategic partnerships with emerging tech startups, research institutions, and industry consortia
- Translate complex future scenarios into actionable business cases and investment recommendations
- Monitor and report on innovation KPIs, adapting strategies based on emerging data and market feedback
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Business, Technology, or Innovation Management with 7+ years of strategic planning experience
- Proven track record in emerging technology adoption (AI, quantum computing, biotech, or Web3)
- Expertise in scenario planning and futures methodologies (e.g., Delphi, STEEP analysis)
- Strong portfolio demonstrating executed innovation strategies with measurable business impact
- Certification in Agile/Scrum or Design Thinking methodologies preferred
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex future concepts to diverse stakeholders
- Experience in high-growth tech or consulting environments
