Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional workshops to foster collaborative ideation and prototype development
- Present future scenarios and strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and investors
- Establish KPIs to track innovation pipeline maturity and ROI of futuristic initiatives
- Partner with R&D teams to translate foresight into actionable R&D priorities
- Monitor global innovation ecosystems through patent analysis, academic partnerships, and trend forecasting
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Strategic Innovation, Technology Management, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or technology foresight roles
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Strong proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and predictive analytics
- Exceptional communication skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Certification in innovation management (e.g., PDMA, CMI) preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating successful strategic innovation initiatives
