Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- 7+ years in strategic planning or innovation consulting
- Proven track record of trend analysis and scenario development
- Expertise in systemic thinking and complex adaptive systems
- Strong communication skills for translating foresight to action
- Experience with horizon scanning methodologies
