Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify disruptive technologies and market shifts relevant to 2026+
- Develop and implement strategic innovation roadmaps aligned with long-term business objectives
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops to cultivate a culture of experimentation and rapid prototyping
- Establish KPIs and frameworks for measuring innovation ROI and market impact
- Partner with R&D to commercialize emerging technologies and validate market readiness
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and board stakeholders
- Build and lead a high-performing innovation team with diverse expertise
Qualifications
- 10+ years in innovation management, strategic planning, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of launching transformative products or business models
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Advanced degree in Business, Technology, or Futures Studies
- Exceptional facilitation skills for executive-level strategic sessions
- Published thought leadership in innovation or futurism domains
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFS, CFIP) preferred
- Experience scaling innovation programs in global enterprises
