Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis across AI, biotech, climate tech, and quantum computing domains
- Develop scenario-planning models for 2026-2030 market landscapes
- Lead cross-functional workshops to embed future-thinking into organizational DNA
- Author whitepapers and thought leadership on emerging paradigm shifts
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and industry disruptors
- Translate complex foresight data into executable strategic roadmaps
- Advise leadership on risk mitigation and opportunity capture strategies
Qualifications
- Master's or PhD in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- Minimum 8 years experience in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist roles
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional data visualization and storytelling capabilities
- Experience presenting to C-suite and board-level stakeholders
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFMP) preferred
- Portfolio of published future-focused research or thought leadership
