Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic initiatives aligned with 2026+ technological and societal forecasts
- Lead cross-functional workshops to integrate future-focused insights into product roadmaps
- Analyze global megatrends (AI, biotech, climate tech) to identify disruptive opportunities
- Build scenario-planning models for 5-10 year strategic horizons
- Present future-ready recommendations to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Partner with R&D to prototype solutions for emerging market needs
- Author thought leadership on future-focused business strategy
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futurism, Strategic Planning, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or corporate strategy
- Proven track record of developing and implementing long-term strategic frameworks
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex futures into business strategy
- Experience presenting to executive leadership and influencing organizational direction
