Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026+ strategic innovation roadmaps using horizon scanning and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and scaling future-focused technologies
- Conduct scenario planning and risk assessment for emerging market disruptions
- Partner with product teams to integrate future innovations into commercial roadmaps
- Establish innovation KPIs and track progress against strategic objectives
- Represent company at industry conferences and thought leadership forums
- Mentor junior strategists and build internal innovation capability
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Innovation Management, or related field with 8+ years experience
- Proven track record of executing multi-year strategic innovation initiatives
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in technology or consulting environments
- Strong understanding of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Exceptional communication skills with executive presence and public speaking abilities
- Certification in Futures Studies or Innovation Management preferred
- Published thought leadership in innovation or futurism fields
