Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis across technology, society, and markets to identify disruptive opportunities for 2026+
- Develop strategic innovation roadmaps that align with long-term business objectives and market evolution
- Facilitate executive workshops and stakeholder engagements to translate foresight into actionable plans
- Author thought leadership publications and scenario-planning frameworks for C-suite decision-making
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype and validate future-facing concepts
- Monitor global innovation ecosystems and emerging technologies (AI, quantum, bioengineering)
- Measure and report on innovation KPIs and strategic impact
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, or related field with 7+ years consulting experience
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and strategic foresight methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional presentation and storytelling skills for executive audiences
