Responsibilities

- Produce actionable innovation roadmaps integrating quantum computing, biotech convergence, and decentralized systems
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping future-ready business models and organizational structures
- Author forward-looking whitepapers and keynote presentations at global innovation summits
- Establish partnerships with emerging tech startups and academic research institutions
- Mentor junior strategists in futures thinking methodologies and ethical innovation frameworks
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field with 7+ years of strategic foresight experience
- Proven track record in developing long-term scenarios for Fortune 500 clients across multiple industries
- Expertise in exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech, Web3) and their societal implications
- Strong proficiency in futures research methodologies (horizon scanning, Delphi analysis, backcasting)
- Exceptional storytelling skills with ability to translate complex futures into compelling narratives
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from University of Houston or similar) preferred
- Experience with innovation frameworks (Design Thinking, Lean Startup, Systems Thinking)
- Portfolio demonstrating published futures work or client transformation projects
