Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end execution of the 'Vision 2026' corporate transformation roadmap.
- Conduct deep-dive analyses into emerging technologies (AI, Web3, Quantum Computing) to determine integration strategies by 2026.
- Collaborate directly with the C-suite to align strategic initiatives with overarching business goals.
- Develop and track forward-looking KPIs to measure the success and ROI of future-focused projects.
- Manage a cross-functional task force of engineers, marketers, and financial analysts.
- Identify potential market disruptions and design proactive contingency plans.
- Present quarterly strategy updates and progress reports to the Board of Directors.
Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, or technology forecasting.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale, multi-year digital transformation projects.
- Deep understanding of next-generation technologies and their enterprise applications.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence C-level executives.
- MBA or Master’s degree in a related field is highly preferred.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, highly ambiguous environment.
- Strong analytical mindset with expertise in financial modeling and market analysis.
