Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end development and execution of the 'Project 2026' corporate strategy.
- Conduct advanced market forecasting to identify disruptive trends and emerging technologies leading up to 2026.
- Collaborate directly with enterprise clients to design bespoke, future-proof transformation roadmaps.
- Build and mentor a high-performing team of strategic analysts and innovation specialists.
- Present quarterly strategy updates and ROI forecasts to the executive board and key stakeholders.
- Establish strategic partnerships with technology vendors, startups, and academic institutions.
- Drive a culture of continuous innovation and agile methodology across all consulting divisions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Strategy, or a related technical field (MBA highly preferred).
- Minimum of 8+ years of experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, or innovation leadership.
- Demonstrated success in leading large-scale digital transformation or future-planning initiatives.
- Deep understanding of emerging tech trends (AI, Web3, Quantum Computing) and their business applications.
- Exceptional executive-level communication and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to translate complex, visionary concepts into actionable, measurable business plans.
- Willingness to travel up to 20% for client engagements.
