Responsibilities
- Analyze global tech trends, socioeconomic shifts, and emerging innovations to develop 5-year strategic roadmaps
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into product development and market expansion strategies
- Establish quantitative frameworks for evaluating emerging technologies' commercial viability
- Present scenario-based forecasts to executive leadership and key stakeholders
- Build and maintain strategic partnerships with academic institutions and industry pioneers
- Author thought leadership publications on future-proofing methodologies
- Mentor junior strategists in foresight research and analytical techniques
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Technology Innovation, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and technology assessment
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Published work on emerging technologies or future trends (academic or industry journals)
- Deep knowledge of AI, quantum computing, biotech, and sustainable tech ecosystems
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Horizon Scanning, Delphi Method, System Dynamics)
- Track record of translating foresight into measurable business outcomes
