Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies, societal shifts, and market trends to forecast 2026+ landscape scenarios
- Develop strategic roadmaps for enterprise adaptation to future disruptions
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align leadership on future preparedness
- Produce high-impact foresight reports and trend briefings for executive stakeholders
- Design innovation frameworks for next-generation product/service development
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype future-facing solutions
- Represent the organization at global futurism conferences and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- 5+ years experience in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Proven track record of developing actionable future scenarios for Fortune 500 clients
- Expertise in systems thinking, trend analysis, and scenario planning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Exceptional storytelling skills with ability to communicate complex futures to diverse audiences
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from foresight organizations preferred)
