Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year innovation roadmaps using horizon scanning and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future scenarios into actionable strategies
- Conduct quantitative/qualitative research on emerging technologies and market disruptors
- Partner with C-suite executives to align future-proof initiatives with business objectives
- Produce thought leadership content including whitepapers and keynote presentations
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry experts
- Monitor geopolitical and socio-economic shifts impacting long-term strategic planning
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend forecasting methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional storytelling and data visualization skills for complex concepts
- Experience advising executive teams on future-proofing strategies
- Portfolio demonstrating successful future-focused projects
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFM, Foresight Practitioner)
