Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing 2026+ technology roadmaps and adoption frameworks
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging paradigms in quantum, synthetic biology, and AI ethics
- Architect strategic partnerships with academic institutions and government innovation labs
- Present futurist insights to C-suite executives and board members quarterly
- Develop patent-pending methodologies for long-term scenario planning
- Mentor junior futurists and innovation fellows in our Future Leaders Program
- Author annual State of 2026 industry white papers
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or advanced R&D leadership
- Proven track record of delivering game-changing technology roadmaps (2018-2025)
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or AGI safety
- Published author in peer-reviewed futurism or technology journals
- PhD or equivalent in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or relevant technical field
- Experience securing $10M+ innovation grants from NSF, DARPA, or equivalent bodies
- Fluency in Mandarin, Arabic, or Spanish for global stakeholder engagement
