Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology roadmap, identifying emerging trends and disruptive innovations
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate next-gen solutions in AI, quantum computing, and biotechnology
- Conduct competitive analysis and market research to position InnovateNext as a future industry leader
- Present strategic visions to C-suite executives and key stakeholders with data-driven recommendations
- Drive innovation sprints and hackathons to accelerate future technology adoption
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and startups to access cutting-edge research
- Establish KPIs to measure the commercial and societal impact of future technology initiatives
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or product development with proven future-tech impact
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains: AI/ML, quantum computing, AR/VR, or synthetic biology
- Demonstrated success in launching disruptive products or services from concept to market
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical information
- Strong leadership experience managing cross-functional teams in agile environments
- Published thought leadership or patents in emerging technologies
- Experience securing $5M+ in R&D funding or venture capital for futuristic projects
