- Secure and manage R&D budget for experimental projects with 7-figure impact
- Present strategic vision to C-suite and board members for approval

Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in emerging technologies (AI/quantum/biotech)
- Proven track record of scaling innovative products from concept to market
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Deep understanding of quantum computing architectures and AI ethics frameworks
- Exceptional stakeholder management with Fortune 500 experience
- Published thought leadership in top-tier tech publications (IEEE, Nature)
- Experience securing $5M+ R&D budgets
- Fluency in future tech ecosystems (Web3, AGI, climate tech)
