Responsibilities

- Present trend-driven insights to executive stakeholders through compelling visual narratives
- Lead cross-functional initiatives integrating AI, biotech, and sustainability innovations
- Develop scenario-planning models for market volatility and regulatory shifts
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
- Author thought leadership publications on future-of-work transformations
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, R&D, or innovation consulting
- Proven experience with trend analysis tools (e.g., Horizon Scanning, Delphi Method)
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional storytelling and data visualization skills
- Portfolio of published future scenarios or innovation roadmaps
- Experience with scenario planning for global markets
- Certification in Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
