Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic innovation roadmaps targeting 2026 market disruption

- Collaborate with R&D to translate foresight into actionable product development pipelines

Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy, innovation, or futurism with Fortune 500 or high-growth tech
- Proven track record in translating foresight into commercialized innovations
- Expertise in emerging technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI)
- Certification in futures methodologies (e.g., CFAP, foresight training)
- Exceptional data storytelling and executive communication skills
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through complex strategic initiatives
- Advanced degree in business, technology, futures studies, or related field
- Portfolio demonstrating published futurism work or implemented strategic foresight projects
