Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis across emerging technologies (quantum computing, biotech, AI ethics, climate tech)
- Develop and maintain the 2026 Innovation Roadmap with measurable KPIs and risk mitigation protocols
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops with engineers, designers, and business strategists
- Present foresight findings to executive stakeholders and external partners through compelling narratives
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and innovation ecosystems
- Monitor geopolitical shifts and regulatory changes impacting long-term innovation strategy
- Lead prototype development for 2026-vetted concepts in our Innovation Sandbox
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic innovation, product development, or technology consulting
- Proven track record in translating future scenarios into commercial opportunities
- Expertise in scenario planning and trend forecasting methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional communication skills for complex technical concepts to diverse audiences
- Experience leading cross-continental innovation teams and projects
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ future-focused initiatives launched in the last 5 years
